If you have a courier that you prefer to use, please inform us when you purchase your goods, and we will enquire on your behalf.
Please Note: All courier fees and addtional insurance costs are not refundable. If goods have to be retuned to PCTronix, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping.

---IMPORTANT NOTE---
If you are placing an order of multiple items, please feel free to place orders individually for each item, to take advantage of the free shipping. Example; South Island orders only qualify for free shipping on the first 2 KG's. However, if you live in the south island and wish to purchase a Motherboard(2KG's) and a CPU (1KG) and some Ram (.1KG), placing an order for all these items together exceeds the 2KG free shipping weight and you will be charged shipping for the excess 1.1KG's.
Instead, what you can do is process one order for just the Motherboard (2KG's)and receive free shipping.
Then place a separate order for the CPU and Ram (1.1KG total) and receive free shipping on that order also. Both orders will arrive at the same time and you may pay for both orders in the same bank transfer. Only when you purchase large items, such as Cases or Monitors, will you need to pay shipping.
Returns
Due to the highly competitive computer industry, we are unable to provide a "change of mind" policy. All sales are final, so please choose carefully. Please carefully check the compatibility of all new hardware purchased with existing hardware. If unsure, please consult with our technical staff before completing the purchase.
Note that completing the sale online does not confirm the sale with our staff. We will send a confirmation email when the order begins being processed, and sale is finalized when we receive payment, and confirm delivery address.- Hardware - All hardware sales are final. Faulty hardware will be repaired or replaced at PCTronix's discretion (or manufacturer's discretion).If it is deemed that it was user fault, a service fee may apply.
- Software - Due to copyright issues we are unable to accept returns of software. When selecting software please carefully check the minimum system requirements on the product. Faulty software will gladly be exchanged. If we are unable to exchange a product that is no longer available, you will be given a refund.
- If a customer wishes to return a product because it is not compatible or no longer required, they may do so within 7 days of the purchase. However if the packaging has been opened and the item used, the goods are considered second hand and up to a 20 percent restocking fee may apply. If the packaging is unopened and the item as new then a full refund , minus any shipping costs and insurance, will be given. If goods are found faulty, a full refund or upgrade will be given, even if packaging has been opened.
